Maybe this is new or it could be an error on the walkthrough? I can be wrong, but I´m pretty sure that scene isn´t anal and doesn´t give you the option to choose.
Pretty sure you are right, it is not an anal scene and never was. The scene never says or shows either way, but Nadia would make a comment on anal, and she doesn't say anything about it.

I´ll be damned, I guess it is anal after all. I thought that he said what he said about her ass as a sort of compliment. Plus it was her first scene, so I didn´t think it would be an anal scene immediately. No other girl had anal in her first scene, I think. Also, we never had a definitive angle that showed us where the dick was actually going lol. Usually the dev gives us those POVs and he didn´t in this scene.
Well, then I want another anal scene with her. Maybe even a DP, like Kat. She´d love that, I bet.

Yeah, I think the idea is that her starting with anal is somehow less taboo than vaginal since she's MC's niece. It definitely was a shorter or not clearly shown scene though, so I'd be fully on board with another opportunity or DP like you mentioned.
I have to admit, I thought it would be much more obvious as well until I actually went back to the scene. Weird that my memory was so certain based off of only a single line. Either way, it would be weird to start that way and then never have anal again. So I agree, there should be more.

I’m replaying the game right now, and that raider attack on this settlement is seriously satisfying. I really enjoy the music, and the cutscene really stands out with a strong Mad Max vibe that fits the scene perfectly.
I also recommend checking out a YouTube channel called "AVN OSTs". Some people have shared links from it before, but if you haven’t heard of it yet, it’s definitely worth exploring.
There are plenty of great tracks to have playing in the background. Personally, I’m a big fan of “Warrior Fight” and “Mechanical Dusk,” both of which are on their DS playlist. ^^
