She is by far the best character in game, and yet she's largely a bystander and massively under used, her scenes are few and far between and last seconds, the stalker should be making good use of her.

Hi fellow "stalkers" Last version i played was 0.15.0
Since it seems most of my saves are broken and it would be best to start a new game,
Do you think theres enough new content /changes to old content at current build (0.19)
to restart now or perhaps should keep waiting for a few more updates?

I would wait till the "oficial" stable version is out, this last version is a beta and still has some flaws and bugs.Hi fellow "stalkers"

as for content yes, there is plenty and the exchange of old renders is finished.

I partly agree. Although I do think it's fine to have Shani content, she deserves time to shine. I do really hope to see Ain's path to becoming a second wife though. There's been a couple of lines hinting towards it early on, but sadly nothing at all in the last update with Ain. I also do wish they add some more agency and development to Ain. Maybe have her use her wits to set a path to gain more favor/become a second wife.

I dunno i did not notice any major bugs in 0.15 and if theres atleast a few hours of content between 15 and 19 along with the old scenes rework i figure its worth a restart now (especialy since im going back to work next week ;p)

I assume you've completed other missions in between, so I'd try things like living room scenes and going to sleep with Shani.
I disagree. She ran away with MC and Shani, and told no one that she'd be doing such a thing, so she's as in a world of shit as them. The Elders/advisors/whomever won't take her actions lightly. And then there's the whole "The Queen must not be seen" yadda yadda, so now common folk will see that she's just some chick that "eats, sleeps and shits like them", rather than this "Queen, Merneith, blessed be her name, ruler by divine right of the city of Zeta and all its domains."
She wasn't in a position in which she could kill the bald guy or Domicius; too many prying eyes. She didn't know his fiancée would want to kill Domicius; she had no reason to come to that conclusion. There were "shady" people all around the settlement; it's no use risking a fight when there's no need to. In essence, she had to make do with what she had, and take opportunities to gain advantage without lifting a finger.
