At the beginning of the game it asks you what your relationship is with Ain and Shani. If you input "father" they become your daughters and incest is now enabled. I didn't replay the intro so this may be slightly off but this is how you define your relationships at the beginning of the game. No patch is needed.

Steam has said no NSFW content can be added post review unless through DLC
Small bug, I cannot access the prison after fairy is released, yet I still have Kyra in there. I would suggest not blocking off the prison section period.
Is weird you can do the dinner scene over and over, but you are limited of living room.
If you have sharing off, the choice for share asha at the camp should also be off.

You mean image d19e-116 and following? AFAIK, they're not used in the script and are probably leftovers from a previous (unpublished) iteration of the scene.
Your compressed file got flagged as a malware. MS Defender also flagged it as a trojan.

It is a false positive,I had no such alarms with both versions (SOL's cmprsd) ;
anyway you have the option to not dwnl the file, or not to play the game at all.

So after playing the "ending", I don't think this is as big a deal as people think. My prediction is Stalker is going to free himself after being held in some tent somewhere. Then you will sneak through the camp, deciding whether you want to free your two girls quickly, or whether you want to watch some situation with them first.
