What if Zahra shows a bit of jealousy toward the Queen and has some subtle clashes with her over her husband’s affection? Or even better, to give Zahra more depth beyond being a love interest, when Zeton and Shani are away on a mission, Ain gets into serious trouble and Zahra steps in to save her. Ain’s already kind of the damsel, so why not let Zahra be the hero for once?

I was very surprised the Queen snuck out of the palace to come with us. I know she is in a rebellious phase, but it´s one thing to do those things within the safety of the palace and it´s another to go out into the wilderness completely at the mercy of whatever lurks out there.

Queen snuck out for 3 reasons (in addition to her just being hot headed):

1) because she is REALLY tired of being stuck at court her WHOLE life, and the adventures sounded fun to her inexperiened ears.

2) She is maybe just a bit jealous of the closeness of the Shani/MC relationship.

3) Related to point 2, she is basically totally in heat after her flower got plucked, so is quietly desperate for another hard pounding from the MC, and as she seemed to believe that cannot happen again at the palace, she just went straight to the tap for her (probably going to be endless) thirst.

Regarding Shani vs the scarred guy..

She is very strong here if she picks the "old man" insult line and you don't flub the attack prompts: she stops him cold and leaves him REALLY pissed off, frustrated in several ways, and with his assumed male prowess humiliated. She still gets her ass smacked, but she wins.

IMO, tho, if yer sending sweet lil Shani in all alone to "charm" the men of the trade caravan, chances are you might be of a mind to intentionally fail those combat checks...

She can outright avoid nearly all humiliation here by just keeping cool right off the bat and saying she doesnt want trouble. She still gets called a snack who should be bearing scar-guy's kids, so is semi-submissive in not retorting, but she then gets no ass smack, and scar guy actually has some small respect for her staying in control.

Roleplaying-wise, I suspect Shani would go that quieter route, and not start a fight, as she is WELL trained to stay cool under fire and avoid unneeded trouble (probably even moreso because she's a hot little thing and daddy would likely have warned her to not stir up male egos), and she was specifically there to stay diplomatic anyway (or daddy would have gone).

But it sure is less fun that way...

Scarred guy doesn't cone off as a Stalker, IMO: just some dude. His reply abt stalkers suggested he isn't one.

If the trio doesn't get rescued fast, it could kinda step all over the whole MC refusing to impregnate Shani plotline, and make it pointless, so I don't think the writers will just throw that away. The one bandit said the "Father" bandit might want Shani, so I suspect she's safe until the Legion camp, as they might want to leave her unspoiled for him. That would give the Kyra/Asha/Zion team a chance to intercept first, so literally saving her ass from a poking. .

It´s true, picking the "old man" insult seems to be the better choice for her, but only because the guy decides to back off. Shani manages to parry the strike but she was barely hanging on by the time the guy pulled back. Even if that scenario, she got her ass slapped (which is disrespectful in general but even more to a Stalker) and barely managed to hold the guy back in a test of strength. I don´t consider that winning because the guy still didn´t take her seriously enough and that´s one of her goals. I decided to take Shani to the market because I just wanted to play as her and also see what happened, and yes, that included the possibility of a lewd scene.
I agree with you on the rest, Shani would definitely try to avoid fighting and use other ways to get what she wanted.

I´ve seen people here talk about it but I don´t remember them saying it, so I just wanted clarification. If that´s the case, then it probably makes sense that the raiders would be the ones showing up.
I hope nothing happens with the Queen, she just started having sex and to be gangbanged so soon seems a bit much. Off course it´s a world where that can happen, but still...

I pretty much guarantee there won't be unavoidable content like that as there would be a huge fan backlash. Now, it certainly is possible that something like that could happen if you make or have made bad choices. There's been some "bad ends" before in this game.

I think it's being strongly implied that the Dark-eye-dyed folk are the Legion who showed up at the gate of the Raider-controlled settlement, and this allows two plotlines to be brought together in a single fight, which could end up uniting presently opposing political factions (like Zeta and the Raiders).

It is something the MC constsntly enforces with himself by not coming in her, even tho it's endlessly obvious he wants to very badly, because she's a stalker and it would be highly risky for a stalker to be pregnant in the field.

Stalkers have to do a LOT of intense activity in highly dangerous and rapidly changing situations, all while having to keep their food and water intake moderated, their steps light and movement fast, and their sleep infrequent, likely erratic/on a shifting schedule, and somewhat light (which could be a real problem for Shani, since she, like all the women in her family, sleeps VERY soundly), all to avoid ambushes, and all of this while being frequently bombarded by hyper-dangerous chemical, biological, and radiological agents.

So, not only would it be FAR more difficult and dangerous for Shani to work as a stalker if she was pregnant (especially once she became heavily pregnant, at which point it would be pretty much impossible), but would also be severely difficult and dangerous for her child. Thus, the MC has repeatedly avoided knocking her up, even though he's really, REALLY struggling about it, as he has EXTREMELY strong drives and is clearly rarin' to go all the way, now that Shani's made herself available to him.

It probably doesn't help that he's the only one fighting this urge, aside from Shani herself (who obviously has a strong stake in not getting knocked up, since she too knows that would put an end to the one career she's trained for her whole life): no one else in the house is fighting the MC putting Shani in the family way, as Zhara (especially) and Ain are clearly just fine with her becoming a brood mare; Zhara would clearly love not having to fear for her daughter's safety and the risk of never having grandchildren from her, while Ain would likely be jealous but happily sisterly supportive at the same time).

As to the queen getting used, she definitely put herself in that situation and, quite bluntly, her mouth is going to get her in even more trouble, I suspect, as it already has started to. The queen looks like she's being lined up for a hard and long set of lessons in humiliation, but it remains to be seen.
