What happens to Reyna depends on the Shani Help/Self variables at the time - if self > help, Shani kills her, else she spares her.

I really like DS but I wish there was at least one trans girl in this I'd love to have one as a slave... a world full of zombie-like things and free slavery but not a single dick girl is enough to make me sad
I was about to say that a trans girl wouldn't make sense, but since there are mutants it's not that crazy of an idea. Don't know if a lot of people would like that though. Personally I wouldn't mind.

If I understand this right, Reyna was the woman who was threatening Shani with an axe when she was about to leave the zone.

If you played her in previous versions, Shani ALWAYS killed her, although kinda semi off-screen. I don't recall there ever being any choice given.

She even has to justify it to MC afterwards that the woman she killed (though literally unarmed at that point) was a murdering thieving raider who had tried to kill her (and even called for her to be killed after she was unarmed).

Or am I misremembering who this person is?
It seems familiar that initially she was killed. But, I'm not sure if that was due to choices I made in different playthroughs. But, sometimes old scenes change to match a future part of the story.

There are a couple of other examples where early scenes have changed, so I wouldn't rule it out that killing Reyna has. But, I certainly wouldn't rule out my memory being fuzzy from however many years ago Shani first went to the void

Could someone explain how you get the first scene in the Mutants page, "Convince Ivy to lead you to the tower?" It's the only one I'm missing.

I played previous version, Shani never killed her, she always left Reyna back.

There's a pdf walkthrough in the OP, but I think you have to hang out with your wife on the balcony. Provided that you didn't let the deranged kill her.

Kyra & Raider Shani

“It was foolish for Shani to try fitting in. The raiders at the overpass were more reckless and too hardened for her. At least Kyra found a new girlfriend to amuse herself with...”

Thank you to the DS team for the Chili audio corner. It was something I never knew I needed, but it is MUCH appreciated.

It's nice to finally have names to the musical pieces and to be able to just listen to them. The home theme "Dream Town" is one of the best pieces I've ever heard in a game and I frequently listen to it as background music since I managed to make a bandicam recording of it.

I played previous version, Shani never killed her, she always left Reyna back.
Shani seems to disagree pretty strongly with you on that point.

Shani always kills her in my playthrough.

Maybe the QTE type combat results change it if you fail them (which is kind of hard to do), but it always ended up w/her killing Reyna, even when the combat events turned out differently.

The only possible out you could say is that it's a thud sound instead of a slash sound when she offs her, and you never actually see the body, but then Shani would have to be lying about the fact that she killed her, later, especially considering she initially gets chastised by her father for doing so, and only her expanded explanation has him eventually supporting the choice.

That's because you had more "help" points with Shani than "self". If you had more "self" points, Shani would've killed her.
Ohhhhh.

Hmm. IDK that. TY.

That's from roleplaying dialogue choices? Like after the first mission with MC and Shani sitting on top of the pyramid entrance, talking about ethics?

What's funny is if that's the case I always had MC saying do the best you can but you can't help everybody and she STILL always killed Reyna, IIRC. Maybe it was the dialogue and other choices in between.
