, they have written in many aspects that are completely illegal, but they are too big to care. The are just loopholes to get around existing laws. This means that anything sounding like non consensual or even something like "surprise sex" could get you banned. Zetan has done a much better job following the "rules" and not ruining the game than many other developers.

For anyone worrying about a possible rape situation happening, I don't think it will happen.
Simply because of steam and patreon. At the rate how patreon is just nuking people's accounts even those without sexual content, I really don't think the dev would take such a huge risk.

The game is Post-Apoc, there is going to be rape. Also what makes it a good game is it also give the MC a light and dark route to follow, albet the Dark route is fairly mild in some aspecs.

In the newest update, you can have Shani go the desert outpost by herself, and she "willing" gets molested by the people there. Also there's already been instances where Shani and the Queen "play". Or Shani and the household "play". It would not be so farfetched of an idea, that Shani becomes a female version of the main MC. Especially considering depending on your gameplay setup you can control Shani's choices.
