It is pointed out in the game's beginning introduction that the Decayed are the only ones producing gasoline, and we later find out that it's because they have access to manufacturing plants. The average citizen of the wasteland doesn't have resources to produce either. Zeta probably could if they weren't deeply anti technology.Having cars but no guns actually makes a lot of sense for a desert environment set hundreds of years into a post apocalyptic future. Most gun ammo would not last that long without going bad, but fuel for internal combustion engines or flame throwers could be made relatively easily from grain or corn.
Nowhere close, no. This one's in for the long haul, it seems. Is this game almost finished? I’ve seen some great reviews and it looks really interesting, but I want to wait until it's completely done so I can get the full experience.
"It's the journey that matters, not the destination". And in the case of DS, this proverb works 100%. There is no clear timeframe for when the game should be finished. But in any case, if everything goes well, the game's development will continue for several years (and imo, the longer the better). Is this game almost finished? mmm, that only works when the destination is hell. then its all about enjoying the ride. but if your end goal is heaven, then the ride is boring as fuck so its all about the destination."It's the journey that matters, not the destination"
at that rate the MC would have nobody to fuck. Camel... you said camel? it's okay, it will be a secret.imagine the fighting skills one needs if everyone has guns & secondly imagine packing up your camel for a 14 day walk through the desert.
scene one, cut scene to riding your camel, next cut scene riding your camel, next cut scene riding your camel, next 26 cut scenes you are still riding your camel.
stops for a day so your camel can drink & shit......... cut scene to riding your camel.
I don't think that is true for stories. They should have a clear end so you can move on.It's the journey that matters, not the destination
A camel is a large, desert-adapted mammal known for its humps (fat storage) and ability to survive long periods without water,at that rate the MC would have nobody to fuck. Camel... you said camel? it's okay, it will be a secret.
*insert here some star wars tusken raiders sounds for more effect*
I mean you can still move on from stories even without clear end, it's kinda you problem if you can't. As sad as I would be if Desert Stalker’s development ended right now, I would still go on with my life.I don't think that is true for stories. They should have a clear end so you can move on.

Well, yeah... I know, it's not at 42 you are going to learn me that... thanks for the humor anyway.A camel is a large, desert-adapted mammal known for its humps (fat storage) and ability to survive long periods without water,
