Yes, the setting is what initially attracted me to DS. A lot of games just have pretty characters to draw you in, but nothing substantial to keep you afterwards. Here we have setting, pretty characters, and interesting story. The triple threat.This is true but to me the challenge is to make such a basic premise interesting enough to make people *read* such a *story*, much like making adult games.
Meaning you have to have something to draw people's attention to said game and in the case of this fine game the creator(s) have built this game around a post apoc setting with good characters that have depth to them as well as some good *action* to titillate the player, which is why this game stand head and shoulders to some people over the other games here.
