I'm guessing it's a difference between having Shani become a more self-sufficient stalker and a daughter who is more reliant on papa. She's my #1 and I want her in my harem, so I'm avoiding all choices that make her self-sufficient. Terrible father, I know but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ what can men do against such reckless sexiness?

I don't think anything has ever officially been confirmed about what those will mean.
I'm inclined to think they may only matter if you don't actually play her part. Since you can skip playing as her maybe those number will determine her action in the Zone or something.
However, it could mean something else too. Unless the developers tell us we won't know till we see it effect the story and play out in some way.
My theory is that the story will eventually split into a Zeta and mutants path.
It's not as clear from this screenshot, but I feel like the Shani Help variable is about compassion, so my guess is that it will make Shani more inclined to fight for the downtrodden i.e. the mutants.

Someone over on the 'lab would probably give it a go, would be hard to do though, with a female MC option and would need to rejig the "family" parts. Having said that it would defiantly find a home in my 400 mod Load Order

Still working on the raider scene this week - characters are in place and rendering began.
