Hmm that's weird I thought it was AdanGC's walkthrough mod, but that's updated now with the d10c79 label, though that was only on the 19th so there must have been a window between the game version 11 release and the mod update which I downloaded the faulty version, anyway thanks both for the suggestions to fix.

Probably it counts as 5 because the House Party scene is duplicated in the Household and Zeta sections of the Replay Gallery (same scene appearing twice).

Another possibility is that, referring to the (repeatable) household Harem scene for Ain where MC can Invite Zahra to the mix. You can access them from the Common Rooms >> Living Room. The (repeatable) Harem scenes are not part of the Replay Gallery scenes (all 4 that you mentioned are indeed the only additions for v0.11 release). Cheers.

It seems that you are missing the audio file and considering you are playing BETA version of the game, the fix is to download the latest public release version v0.11b (which are linked in the OP).

I read in the comments that Igor was very lucky in the update, well, I'm glad for the fans of sharing, NTR and other things, but I was waiting for MC in Igor's place. MC should have been the first to explore "other ways" if you know what I mean Do we have to wait for 11 more versions so that our dominant gets the same content?

well he wasnt in any of my play thru , so far there is all optional, you could share it with him at your house or not, and now at his home or have nice 4some instead

I am firmly in the no sharing camp and my MC has been cucking people and having plenty of fun times with the ladies. You can diddle Kat in Igor's home, you can pound the General's virgin sister in front of him, you can fondle Zahra's sister and sex up the niece (perhaps daughter ) in the market, you can abuse Asha in front of her helpless and paralysed boyfriend. There may be a few others throughout the story I am leaving out, but you get the idea. If you want the content, then it is already there for you.

Canonically, the main character has had his way with Ain (and Zahra) pretty much in any way long before the game even started.
In game, there's no" Igor got there first".
Yes the players get to see that particular thing happen first with Igor, if they so choose.
As for if and when a similar act will be on screen involving the MC directly...
No promises.
If you're particularly attached to experiencing a "first", there are other characters for that, and other firsts to be had.
