you don't need them to be pregnant, as long as you have physical relationship. you can give them leaf bikini.

We are both correct. If the heroine is pregnant, they 100% will be wearing leaf bikini (obviously because the developer did not draw another set of CGs). If they are not pregnant, then you need to gift them the bikini. The condition is as you said, physical relationship.

are you clicking south at the map first, then select the precise location, at the right sidebar of game? The area option at the bottom sidebar of the game is for the assisting pair.

Well, you select south on the top right.
The direction on the bottom is for the reserve pair. For example, if you go somewhere with only one girl instead of the whole group and toggle "send the reserve pair to explore", the other 2 girls will go in the selected area (and will bring back ressources, but lose stamina).
