A full night’s sleep had long been a luxury Ciri could no longer afford, thanks to the Lodge of Sorceresses. But now they were already lying in wait for her during her morning bath. At least Yennefer’s caring streak ensured that she would never leave her little swallow alone with those ever-hungry witches...

Did you left click on it first? For me, right clicking the image tries to save as a htm file. Once you left click, there should be an arrow pointing down in the top right of the screen. It will open a new tab where you can right click to save.

Still dont work.....
Use Firefox. You should also install Irfanview. I've used it for years as my default image viewer. Many great features and settings. You should also install XnView MP, which works well for batch renaming, and will open AVIF File (.avif) without converting it first. They work together seamlessly. From this forum, after left-clicking on the image, right-click -> Save as. It will probably save as a AVIF File (.avif)

If you choose Open with and select XnView MP, it will open it. You should be able to right-click, and there will be an option to convert the pic to another image file type.

A word of advice to ease searching for help. To batch rename using XnView MP, make sure you use a folder with only the images you want to batch rename.

Right-click a pic, then left-click on the image that appears. You might have to enable the settings to accomplish that.

On the toolbar, click Rename -> Select all -> Batch rename and put a # sign at the end of whatever the filename is in the rename toolbar if you want them to automatically go in numerical order.

Say they have different filenames, you would enter Desire Character #
Example of the outcome. Desire Character 1, Desire Character 2, Desire Character 3, etc.
