How do I apply the mods?
Don't know how Twisty did it, but the Steam Workshop downloads them to...

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\1284820

Quickly trying out the game from here it loaded up with my Sylvie. Right click on the girl then click the cog to bring up the settings menu, and go to the tab on the left with the Steam logo for mods.

Edit - This is not working for anyone else.

Check the game fixes spoiler in the opening post.

The default mod location the Workshop uses is above, but it would be easier if it could go somewhere else.

Same, doesnt matter if its in the steam folder or the game folder. By any chance did you "test" it while actually owning the game on your steam account?
