Multiple interactions with a character. for example take the university. All classes were available in the beginning itself before. Now you have to perform multiple events with 2 characters from a class, Go teach your own class, Direct Detention and then perform another dialogue event with the principle to unlock 1 new class to do the same thing over and over gain.
im doing isabels ranch her daughter says i need 300 horses on my ranch i have 2000 horses but it wont let me continue she still says i need 300 horses
That is because you are playing the game update by update which means that to find the new content you will need to focus on one or two characters which takes time because you have nothing else to do to keep yourself busy between trigger points. If you started from scratch every time then that would not be an issue.

I do Start from scratch. For every update I start a new game. Which is why I feel its too grindy. Take the family destroying events for example. You have to trigger the Events in each room over and over again in a series just to get a successful Destroyed title for all family members. Before it was just upgrade the house and trigger one event for each family member and you're done with the family events.
And As you mention if did play update to update then the game would actually be less grindy as I would have already triggered some of the events when loading my save file in the new update.
Because of this I'm still not done with the Aunt, as I'm confused what to do next. The Game shows her name as Aunt, So I don't know her name to use the Tracking system from the mod.

Rigth, so the mud isnt working or somehting, I go to the mud, dont get an option, go back to Tiffany, and dont get an option
