From what I remember when I was building this character, I simply couldn't find videos with such a scene. Unfortunately, when creating a game that features real porn instead of animations, I am somewhat limited by what has been produced. I can put some gifs with a cropped face on which there will be such scenes you write about, but I am not some turbo fan of such a solution.
I fixed your record, you start by dating Lela, just enter her apartment. Below is the guide.

There is indeed something wrong with this laptop. The entire storyline is controlled by the variable $mrjuicestory, and by default, it has a value of 1. It changes to 2 after the events in the church dungeon, then to 3 after the first conversation with Jasmine, then 4 after the conversation with Lela, and finally 5 after the car escape. The laptop in Dean Mea's office is conditioned on $mrjuicestory>4. I have no idea why, but in your save files, during one of the missions I mentioned above, this one point was not added to the juciestory variable, and that's why the laptop doesn't appear. I checked this, and the code itself is correct in both versions 1.08 and 1.09. It seems that restarting the game also works. Currently, I have no idea why this happens. The guide on how to fix your save is above.

Earlier, the game looked much worse because the squares with locations were fixed in a row, which meant they were always in a row but changed their size. This sometimes resulted in one large square in the bottom row and four tiny ones in the top row. In my opinion, it looked bad. Of course, you are absolutely right that a third navigation window would fit here, and I promise to fix this in version 1.10. To be honest, I am not particularly a user of mobile devices myself and tested this mainly in portrait mode. I finally achieved the effect I wanted, which was simply all location icons being the same size in an even row. My bad.
