workload downloads get insta flagged as virus. Gofile seems to work. This happens to all games lately not just this one. Gofile works but the rest tend to be flagged as false positives.

That sounds like an issue with the scanner. If an update does fix it, I would look into another one.
Some get a lot more false positives than others.

That's a new one to me. I'd try what TheDevian suggested, as I'm not sure if the links I provided were changed since I posted (there's a couple additional links that I hadn't added myself).
Alternatively, you can try downloading from the links provided on my Patreon and SubStar 0.15.0 Public Release post, or directly from my Itch page.
This has been going around a bit on a few games here, for several people. The problem is that only a handful of people are having this issue, I have tested the files myself, and had no issues, others have tested them with no problems. I have gotten some of them to test using a downloader to tests the files that are downloaded, I have had them update 7zip, one tried WinRAR, I can't figure it out.
I have asked a number of them to try scanning their system, but no one has gotten back to me about it yet.
