Well this game went from pretty good to crap in one update, not too sure what the dev was thinking with this one, but I guess it's just another the case of the dev not understanding the audience he cultivated or was hoping to get money from the NTR crowd, even if it's "not technically NTR" it's pretty obvious that the people who were following this game wasn't going to like this so it doesn't even matter regardless. Hopefully he either completely revamps this entire update or at the very least be more upfront with what kind of content he intends to add in the future so this kind of thing doesn't come out of left field anymore and people can safely avoid the game.
