I love all monster stuff, it's a pity that DevilHS didn't focus on continuing the "In the Shadow of Anubis " comics.
He's talked about it, people gave him shit for taking a break between chapters though, so he shelved it. But he is working on the new chapter now at least, but keeping it close to his chest because of the backlash.
I'm not holding my breathe for it, so I'll be pleasantly surprised if it ever releases.
He also worked on other comics and single arts, especially without porn. Maybe DevilHS lost interest, or now LoQO is not as popular as it used to be .
Perhaps he'll release the next chapter this year, otherwise the good time to finish this comic series has long passed.

Well yeah, It's called burnout. Dude has been drawing porn for years. I'm fine with him drawing whatever as long as he's happy and consistent, I'm just tired of his lack of communication about whatever the fuck he's working on.He also worked on other comics and single arts, especially without porn. As a massive fan, I am also just excited when he puts anything out nsfw or not, like his mighty moth comic. I asked him once if there is a interest to realease a TPB of his comic, he said he would probably do a small trial run if he feels like it.

hes probably not getting paid enough to do art. he also seems like the more creative guy who likes to do things his way, sort of like a low end llm deviating from a prompt that takes too much work

They have unrealistic expectations and timelines. They also wanted some of the artists to be exclusive to their game and then not commission any art for nearly 2 years. Sethxzoe wanted to do other work because they weren't getting any work from Swegabe, so swegabe just fired them and now has some other artist replacing every single scene that Sethxzoe made for the game. Which is a shame because their art was the best one in game.
