The Futa scene is a porn video inside the story. No actual characters are futa. As for the rest, the game seems to be pretty accurate to the story, but with clips of sex fantasies so far. There is a part where you can have actual sexual contact with one of the girls, no fantasies, so that sets the tone for what to expect.

All in all, not a bad game. Not a top tier one, but that has to do with the fact that the story baseline is something I've been through multiple times already.

To be fair I'm quite surprised that there aren't more games based on highschool dxd, it literally has all possible fetishes or situations for fetishes to happen.

Literally there are characters that are clear doms and subs, some very lust driven and a big variety of fetishes, Issei was a full pervert, call any common fetish and I can remember situations that point to it lol, it was quite fun reading the novels albeit I left it after they interact with nordic gods.
