About the story, this is the proof that NTS can go out of control veeeery easy, and VEEEERY FAST! Playing the game all over again, one can notice some strange details. Rina says that she "only does as her husband wants her to go", but I don't think it's really the case.
She is very, very perceptive, as the MC already made us note. She already knew about the MC's fetish, long before he told her something. I think that the kneeling in the kitchen and "cleaning Kenji's pants" was just a tease, a test to see what would happen. And everything that happened ever since was, more or less, induced by her. All the "help Kenji" story was a just an excuse to trigger things in a certain direction.
I don't doubt that she really loves the MC! She loves him, and don't want to lose him. Maybe, in the beginning, she really wanted to help her husband and indulge his fantasies. This is why she careful, and insists that "only does as far as the MC wants", to avoid pressing too much and ruining her life with him.
But my guess is that she ended up enjoying too much being a hotwife! And then, in the end of the previous version, we see where did this lead to! Instead of enjoying a beach day with her husband, she cut the beach day short, just to fuck recklessly in a public place, what made them being seen by a bum that, in the end, tried to use this as an oportunity to fuck her as well. Aparently, everything end up alright, but I don't think it'll end like this.
Not only that, but despite pretending to be transparent and honest with the MC, Rina makes moves behind his back, as can be seen when she sends the boss every videos and pictures she took during the beach resort trip without telling nothing to the MC, and worse, started sending nudes for him. I guess that "being chosen as one of the company's representatives" thing is just an excuse to take the MC out of town, and make a move on Rina!
That "spa resort" thing from that Yakusa guy also WILL END UP BAD, VERY VERY BAD (at least, for the MC). I doubt that this story will end up like "an invitation". That guy don't seem the type that wants to see someone happy, but himself! And I don't think that they'll have much choice, I bet that the "invite" will end up being coercitively mandatory one way or the other, maybe through threats, if simpathy doesn't work!
So you see, this story is already leaving the "four walls" limit. It's starting to involve more and more people! This already got out of hand! And I think it's too late to stop! Even for the outside people involving (boss and yakuza boy), or by Rina evolving into an almost full-grown hotwife, because that's what gonna happen from the next update forward! This is why netorase is so dangerous! Because if there are no clear rules that should be mainteined at all times, and the ones doing it aren't careful and discreet, this go out of control quick, as it's happening here. And escalate to NTR with no turning back!
But let's see what happens, right?

But it's NTS both are aware and agree with everything that is done. In the beginning, appeared to be this way. But she provenly double timed the MC at least twice! With the boss, sending those videos and starting sending nudes, to provoke the old man. AND since the start, before even think about NTS, she was taking suspect atitudes, like that "cleaning the shorts" stuff. Man, that kid wasn't so kid anymore! He could have gone to the bathroom, changed his pants, and then handed her the dirty ones to clean. There was no need to stay in her knees, with her face almost pressed in the guy's dick!
And yet, just after that, Rina comes with "You would love to see me put my lips like this around Kenji's cock..." while giving a blowjob! In the next day, that "cleaning the furniture" while wearing a miniskirt with her ass pointed to the other guy's face!
