If you have a goal to find someone for Viktor, you need to raise relations with Ms.Pierce to max 3/3 and then if I'm not mistaken she has to be invited in the morning, when she's in the teacher's room, there will be a dialogue option when you talk to her, it won't happen automaitcally.

Unfortunately if it's just single events issue - I'll fix it only up to next release, in case I find something. I reviewed Arty's events again and indeed found few troubles, but not related to the thing you mentioned, buttons either shouldn't be seen, or should be clickable. Also I can only fix your issue if you describe specific event, for instance - talking to Arty in 'location name' at 'exact time' - doesn't work button 'button name'. That way I can check that event specifically. Would be grateful for such help!
Ms. Pierce is at hime but I can't still access to desire level 1 from Viktor. I spent days (of game) chasing him every chere (repair auto, garage, school with ms Pierce, home The only possibility I have is to access desire level 1 in the bathroom (I avoid it)
If you have 5/5 relationship with Viktor's, then for 1st level of desire you have to catch him at kitchen drinking tea in outfit that exposes breasts. There will be a dialogue option that opens up the desire level.
Yes, Arty's 1st level of desire is opened up through shower event.
To reach 3/? desire for any character - you have to devote yourself to him. It has to be done at the table in MC's room (you need to have required amount of cash).
I understand the frustration, but it is exactly similar to a bunch of other games that also haven't had any walkthrough, only raw exploring and checking forums. But either way, I added more hints since the last update on finding events. I implemented the 'special event' icon, it is shown near location name if at current day in current location there is some story related event. So you now know where to look, just not exactly at what hour and what.
