Devs? Rapey Game Content: How do you make a game without it that has some 'buildup' without the non-consensual shit?

You have to have some 'tease' before you get the payoff of fucking some character. I get it. A lot of devs do that with dudes peeping on and molesting women in their sleep, or even drugging them. It's fucking creepy.

One game, "My Cute Roommate", has a girl saying "No. Please stop.", and he does it anyway. And then she likes it. That's a rape trope: "Just lay back and you'll enjoy it."

Nah. I like harem games. I like to build up and obtain shit over the course of the game. In a non-adult game, that means getting swords, armor, and spells or upping the stats until you're OP (aka "King Shit"). In the case of adult games, at least some, that means getting into a lot of women's pants.

How do you, as devs, build that up without rapey content, without shit that violates female characters? Maybe a little bit of voyeurism, but not doing a butt job on a woman who's passed out in her bed, going Bill Cosby on her...

I'm not uptight or PC, any of that, and I like edgy content. It's just that rape or sex with someone unable to give consent is offensive to me. It deprives my dick of the necessary blood flow. I'd like to know how you build it up without that, because a lot of the games I've played have the shit I'm talking about What strategies do you employ in your game design to keep the player tuned in and turned on and just make them want it without that? And for others, what games do you play that don't have that shit?

There are characters that MC can fuck quite easily. This is done so that the player is not bored. And there are characters that you have to make an effort or go through a significant part of the story to fuck.

There's hundreds games doing it. And they do it by building the relationship between the characters, and not caring about the minority that will complain because it's the third update and they still haven't seen boobs.

Even limiting to harem, at least 75% of the games available here don't have that shit... It need to be really unlucky to not even find one.

You have to have some easies early on, which would allow for buildup of relationships with more challenging characters without boring the player or drugging someone and molesting them in their sleep for the TNA. I think if I ever complete my game, which is just in the character creation and environment creation stage atm, I'm going to have scenes of the women either alone or conversing with other women about the main character. There would be her private thoughts, and later her masturbating when you're getting closer to fucking her and moving up the ladder with the acts. It would be a good opportunity to display the MC's score each woman: lust points or hearts or whatever it is. Peeping is alright with me as well as rape fantasies (ie "I like to be treated like trash in bed"), but not that frat boy at a party/Bill Cosby date rapist shit. That's like cheating at the game imo. Side characters would be the meat on the bone to keep the player engaged while avoiding anything that's offensive to me.

I'm interested to hear your recommendations. I'm not into hentai and I like quasi-photorealistic (not body-realistic) characters or cartoon characters ala "Prince of Suburbia" or "Mythic Manor". Anal, a good amount of MILFs, and some uber voluptuous is a must.

(The game, "My Cute Roommate" was pretty good otherwise but it broke on two different play throughs, the second of which I followed the walk-through.)

The scene that bothered me in particular, along with the drugging and molesting the characters in their sleep, was when the girl who works in the library would only do anal with the MC because she was 'saving herself for marriage'. She said, "No. Please stop." when he was putting it in her pussy but he did it anyway and she ended up liking it. There was no indication of a rape fantasy or anything like that, which could be tactfully done with good writing. Or just convincing her via whatever other means. Reason more for me to not recommend you games, because between the grinding, useless mini-game and really average quality of the renders, it would never cross my mind for recommendation.

And like I said, a majority of games are doing it that way. There's more than 14,000 games, you're here since less than 6 months, there's a whole world that you haven't seen yet.

Just looking at the games updated during the last few hours, there's My Ordinary Extraordinary Life, WVM and Thirsty for my Guest that could match your taste ; average everything, harem, Daz, no rape-like situation (well, perhaps not totally for the first one, the part when the mother is prisoner can be a bit harsh).
