cos someone has to want to do it?
gotta have all the files on their hdd including stuff that they prolly don't give a shit about, and basically leave their pc on the whole time so other ppl can leech. it's a pretty thankless job, its not like those private tracker sites where they track ratios and such so theres a benefit to sharing and uploading. plus nobody is bother updating the torrent everytime theres a new 20 second loop.
