Pretty sure that's just content from Oni Seed that was bunched up together with some music as a teaser/WIP video way way back.
So what you see there is what you get. Oni Seed never actually released and probably never will, despite him claiming otherwise every now and then. Project has been "revived" several times in the past 4+ years or so.
