Scraped a few off of his sproutvideo site. It's actually pretty easy..

Download the executable for your system:

On any video on the site, right click > View Source. Look for the tag: <meta name="twitterlayer">



Copy the URL in that field. The run the tool in command line like so..

yt-dlp.exe --hls-use-mpegts -o "ZackVSHelena.mp4" "https://videos.sproutvideo.com/embed/ea9eddb21b18e8ca63/e39af504d6e310b9"

The above example is the URL for the Zack vs. Helena vid. Just change the output file name and the URL of the file. That's it. It seems to default to 1080p 30fPS H264 which is the highest your going to get from the platform.

I don't know what you mean, did not know they have ads there. I meant any file downloaded from mixdrop is marked as having malware by Firefox. Mixdrop is a useless host because of that.

Ah you meant after you download the file. Seems fine to me when I downloaded it (Though I do run malwarebytes to scan said file)
