So, I updated it, and I think the patreon only scenes from last update are now available for free and new scenes were added which are patreon only... plus some new scenes which are for everyone.
I think this might just be a standard case of "subscribers get the new version immediately. free players are 1 version behind".
they just present it in a really bad way that looks like a permanent paywall.
