With the release of the 0.8 update the way of installing the incest patch has changed. Now it will be compatible with any version after 0.8. And you can do it yourself by simply creating a .txt file named “Patch” in the game directory. Just put in folder where you run the game.

As big of a shame it would be to have to shelve the project, Dilmur even in its uncompleted state is probably the best RPGM game on this site. It's got more quality content within it than most nsfw games I've played. I don't wanna see the game abandoned, especially since it's a rare example of one of these games where I'm actually interested in seeing where the story goes, but as it stands I don't think I'd be too upset to see it shelved, especially considering a new project by the dev sounds pretty exciting
There are ways to bypass patreon BS, for example not placing such explicit images on the posts, and not typing certain things like "father, brother, mother ) sex together .. or boy/girl ... rape, incest, shota,loli etc... this are small loops to go around Patreon bullshit.
