Major story spoilers ahead! don't read if you want to discover them yourself.
Your wishes have been answered (kind of), In the late game Noemi can actually whore herself by working in the brothel to gather intel on underground bosses (part of the main story and contains heavy scenes including gangbang and bukkake).
Rufina and Midea will join Noemi to work in the arcade later (part of the arcade quest), If you encourage Rufina she will start flirting with customers and accepting their advances, there are also lesbian scenes with Midea.
There's also a gloryhole, gangbang and maledom scenes in the prison with Noemi but they are optional and can be missed and also a game over scene if you choose to become the warden's slave, Noemi will become pregnant and will spend the rest of her life with him.
Follow the walkthrough carefully if you want to see those and always save your game.
Tip: You don't need to start over in case you missed a few scenes as it is time consuming, you can instead use the computer to access the gallery, it has a built-in cheat to unlock all the scenes and you can see them there.
You don't need to play the main and side quests simultaneously, you can focus on the main quest first then after you're done with that you can play the side quests, that is totally possible. (if i remember correctly)
