No sexual example yet, and they put in a system to explicitly avoid gay content in the game so if they added it in at a later point they have a system ready to remove it for people who don't want it.
Technically speaking the back/story has a little. You disappeared for a while and your supposed friend stole your girl. At some point you come back, save the girl who wasn't enjoying the situation in the first place, mind break the guy using alien flowers you found with your dimension hopping powers, and may have created the time travelling / dimension hopping BBEG in the first place.
Is the guy(Todd) a prominent character in the story? That's the type of character that ruins a story for me, like in Goodbye Eternity

He shows up for about 30 minutes at the start and then (almost literally) disappears.
I would have said he was just a background character but he's reappeared for a moment in the latest story update and yeah timetravelling him or you is the bad guy.

I have no idea what you're on about because there isn't any time travel in this game lmao
It was something about how Todd reappeared for that one event like he had lost track of time. Apparently it's pre 0.15 and I don't want to replay the whole game just to find out the exact text but it made more sense to me that he lost track of time because he actually experienced all that time wherever / whenever he was. I also don't know if he dimension hopped himself out of our dimension or if someone else did and took him back. If he's just a pawn I don't see much value in taking him back after letting him go so it felt like there's a bigger plan here.
Then there's the Roxy alternate dimension clone who is apparently way more competent than our Roxy and gives off an aura like she's been in charge for a long time. Evil Roxy feels like she'd have been too young to command that much respect if she was of high school age like our Roxy seems to be. I don't know how alternate dimensions work in your universe but I usually assume if there's doppelgangers that they'd all have been born at the same time and aged equally to their clones. (The One would have been a very different movie if the evil Jet Li just want to other dimensions to stomp on his doppelgangers while they were children).
Then there's whatever is causing the universes to merge in the first place. This wouldn't be the first game I've played where someone from the future went back to the past to alter something small and grant themselves the power to rule in the future (Ultimecia from FF8). I also don't know if the bad guy Evil Roxy and Jester is working for is an evil Todd, just our Todd who got fucked up by our flowers we gave him and eventually went back in time after 'coming to', gaining power and desiring revenge. Or if it's just an evil us because evil, we've yet to see if Evil Roxy is actually the bad guy or just an artifact of Eldrite at this point I just don't know enough about the story yet.
I'm sorry if I actually mislead people bad enough to make you comment. I might be calibrated for games where the story is this convoluted and noticing small details unlocks an entirely different way of thinking about the plot. Maybe Todd did just escape somehow and got caught again.

Haha it's fine man, I love to hear theories. Kingdom Hearts is one of my favourite game franchises and thats convuluted to all fuck.
I will outright confirm though, 'evil roxy' is the same age as our roxy. I wont say much on the matter but the way she has been thrust into her position isn't exactly normal...
And for Tood, he shows up post 0.15 actually, in a Nate event. I guess I didn't make it as clear as I should've but he goes to a different city for a bit due to the mind control flowers, basically he just went as far away from roxy as possible.
... And that's all I'll say on that matter.
I'll save time travel shenanigans for a future project maybe, who knows... I might have to whip out the ol' timey wimey nonsense when I write myself into a corner (¬‿¬)

Extracted new version to a new folder. Loaded my save from previous version. Game hangs at seemingly random points. I tried to explore town and I couldn't click on anything. Had to Alt + F4. Then loaded again and talked to Alex. It was fine for a while until it hanged and I couldn't click on anything again mid dialogue. Alt + F4 is the only thing I can do again. Clicking Auto or Skip just makes them turned red but they don't actually do anything. Hide works. Don't want to risk clicking save.

Bro... there's a warning on the title screen in red text about loading old save files.
So i found a bug where if you do the level 1 pink scene in the park, you lose the ability to sleep. Also i can't seem to get act 2 to start.. I have all event requirements..

I just noticed it. It is red text on red background, which is quite hard to see at night because of the lower brightness and everything. I apologize.

I'm actually kinda curious, but how does the animations works in that game, ik that the character portrait are pngs but what about animations ? are they just gif/videos or are they actually rendered in game ?
