Get the map to the secret fishing location. Pearl's shop there has a case of beer. It's already been pointed out to Dussop that this quest could use a little retouching to give you more hints on what to do.
If you're referring to gay content (generally speaking) you can disable it during the intro when you start a new plathrough. It can be re-enabled and disabled at will from a menu in your bedroom.
If I disable this, will I also stop seeing gay content and will gay characters disappear? And if they don't disappear, is there any way to full avoid this characters?
They will not magically disappear, they are still a part of the story, it just skips any h-scenes with them. There is no way to avoid these characters, or any main LIs for that matter.
Currently that's my main gripe about the game. Gay stuff is just skippable, not avoidable. Also, there's at least one pin up you can buy with gay stuff regardless of gay blocker

I don't own a mac myself but one of my discord members found a fix if you run into that issue, they said:

I ended up downloading the game form itch.io but still thanks for the alternatives
It's on a list of things i need to do, but its not very high priority because i have no idea how to broach adding a mechanic like that
