Normally yes but it's good to always be careful of compacted files sent from random user comments, try to only download from the main thread page instead, as it is checked by the forum mods. Always open the download links with a browser that has an adblock active. To check if the file is healthy you can either use a good AV installed in your pc and/or upload to
