Before you publish a first version and especially before you link it to a Patreon account and ask for financial support, a minimum amount of content should be included. There is absolutely nothing here, this is not a first release, this is a look over the edge of an empty sandbox. There isn't even any sand in there.

Does "v 1.0" being definitively unfinished bother anyone else? This is not v 1.0, this is v.0.1 Or 0.0.1
Anyway, there's nothing to do in it, don't try it yet. Check back next year.

Don't call v1.0 a just started game. Even if this is your first release, you should have called this v0.01 or something like this to convey that it's just a start and has almost no content.
If you intend to add content with specific tags but that content isn't on the game yet, instead of putting the tags and annoying people trying your game for the tags, put the tags on the description on a section called "future planned content tags" or something similar.

One question, by netorare you mean actual netorare or netori? If it is the last, cheating tag is better.

Maybe the game will actually have ntr, but due the overview here, I was a bit confused on how you would implement it.

People should really learn to not put into tags the stuff that it's not yet in the game proper, and start putting it into "planned tags" folder instead. We see there "postitution", "rape", "netorare", "bestiality" (the last one, by the way, is likely to get the game kicked off the Patreon when its moderators gets sober again and stop harassing games with furries and canine dicks on werewolves), none of which are in the game yet as we're locked to three rooms with no way to leave and no stuff to do but sleep, swim and masturbate.

I'd look for what would happen next and see if it gets any better, but it's not a good first impression, even for a demo.
