Guys you need to install a local web server. XAMPP is good:

You must be registered to see the links

Aight got the web server working heres a quick how to:
Install node.js/npm
open the node.js command prompt
install http-server
cd into the "Dirty_Fantasy_free-2.0.5-web" folder
type: http-server
enter one of the given ip's the console gives you into your browser including the port number
Game should now be playable

Is there a fix for the battle overlay screen still showing over normal scenes? Its kind of annoying

For some reason, this is the only renpy game I've played that has some kind of performance issues. Right in the first fantasy world, click to progress, the engine takes ages to load the next image. And it keeps happening, makes the game unplayable. My PC should definitely be able to handle it.
