I found the issue with the egg part.

You need to start a new game and it will automatically start from the episode. If you load a previous save the egg quest will bug out and not work.

After I realized this, I was able to complete all the content based on the information from the last 3-4 pages.

You need the iron wire. Go talk to the woman in the diner and she will redirect you to the graveyard entrance. It’s inside of the cardboard box on the left

You have to start a new game if you're using old saves the game will be bugged

heard me out day1-12 is it's own part now, starting from day 13 the old saves don't work so be careful on that build
