I'd made a cat ears mod for an old Illusion game (I think AA2) that I'd called Nekomimi - "Cat Ears" in Japanese.
I got DMCA'd by some company that made an anime character named Nekomimi years after I'd done that.

They literally trademarked a common Japanese description.

You can DMCA anything. People use youtube to DMCA claim shit that they don't even own and try to steal money from the actual owners.
It doesn't mean it'll hold up in court. Especially from a foreign country.

This was a game done mostly in the dark for a long time and the demo came out 6 years ago, this game is not very long only about 40% in size compared to Conquest.
This is also the only game that is not suppose to be free unlike both Strive games.

This is simple harem gathering journey with fighting and grinding on the way, and some slop story mixed in.
Bonus compared to strive: animated sex scenes.
But theres not that much sex content, and several hours worth of grinding battles to unlock it.
Heres a complete save right before final boss encounter.

Completely different game than the 2 Strives.
This is a RPG game instead of a text base game.
