On clinic event that give multiple choices (for the lip for example) you should be able to change it aftertaking the event once.
I took the natural lip because I went there early, thinking I could change after but I can't.

could possibly tie it into something else like having dad/sis/mom have you get some of the other things (i too went the natual route)Thank you for your comment

that happen to me but classes came back if you chose to stay with gf IIRC you have to goto the school hallway and you will see a poster or will have a convo with teacher and mr brown
I dont know how much work this would add to the game but would it be possible that once the MC has gone the Dom/Sub route with certain characters like parents/sister that they can interact and request actions? like you go to chat to them now and all they say most of the time unless progressing a path is "nothing". if it creates too much work I understand but it would be cool.
Haha funny you say that actually, if you check the most recent changelogs that is literally the new thing I've added to the game recently, similiar to what Friends of Mine do you now will have sexual interactions with the characters and build relationship points, as you progress you'll be able to unlock new interactions
Hi mate, yeah. I am currently loving that new interactions.
Btw, I don´t know how to progress now. The last thing I did was cucking the headmaster. If I remember correctly now I should talk to "DAD" to advance in his transformation but in the interaction there is "nothing" so I can´t advance his plot. I had to clean my saves and restart the game but I remember I ended with him like a trans red hair woman in the bathroom. Can you help me?
Nevermind. I had to increase the dominance above 60 and a new event triggers in the living room xD
