You could also argue that seeing the animation tag would be enough to hook people in and it wouldn't be false advertisement because the game would have animations and also sufficient warning about the quality of said animations. Sometime you may ask yourself how the image would look as an animation. The game may also feel more alive and modern if there are animations included. Even more "professional", but like everything, that's up for debate.
The option to animate a few key scenes also exist, but I'm guessing that's also off the table as the problem is preparing the tools necessary to get animating is a lot of work. I never understood how people got animations into Koikatsu and skeleton works requires a whole skillset that I never had the luxury to work on (for personal reasons)
See you in x amount of time when I release my regular dose of thousands of words worth of live reactions. (few barely read those anyway)
I'm also surprised by the sheer lack of literally anything sexual in the first few hours of playing. I'm not talking nudity or scenes, but the dialogue... It really is a slow burn. It could honestly pass as a regular non ecchi visual novel at first.
Cant disagree more, personally. I hate the standard kk anims, and clipping takes me right out of the mood every time.
Sorry this one wasn't to your taste though. Hope you can find something more your style!
I could have refrained from replying to this one entirely but fuck it. Might as well pretend my reply is funny(it's not).
You did not need to comment about your personal distaste unless I refrained from giving a toggle off suggestion for the animations. My comment was also opinion based, making it clear that others may have differing opinion, lessening the need for a reply.
"I probably wouldn't have started this game" doesn't clarify if I will continue it or not. It more likely means you will continue now that you have started.
Are anyone really sorry that someone has a problem with a "subjectively created product"?
TBH, it also surprised me, though it wasn't a dealbreaker, the game was interesting enough to get past it.
I do agree it'd enhance a few generics (CHIYO!!!)
A well made story does most of the work, but all that really does is promote reviews and score which on this site means nothing to me besides finding the game itself, not make the game look more appealing on the previews.
