It really is kind of endearing!
With how young this story is, I am most certainly willing to suspend all pause for the sake of supporting the author and the plot. As far as I am aware, this is Elyot's first work, and that certainly deserves considerable praise for how much he does get right.
But man, dare I say, Elyot loves to hold the reader's hand; nay, entraps them in a bear hug and never lets go

i wish there was away to change the first names and last names of the characters. I have trouble pronouncing them. i had to Google translate to figure them out and still kinda have trouble.

I tried using that program but don't understand how to use it so i gave up on using that program a long time ago. Now i look for modders or people that has the program already installed and ask for a copy of the mod.

I know that I might be getting ahead of myself being I just started playing but does the MC ever get all his memory back?
m8, 80% of the currently available content is the prologue, you are years away from the story going anywhere.

Not really, he can get his memories about teaching but not his memories about his relationship with the girls.

it was interesting at first but there really wasn't that much actions. so i deleted everything and the game.
very small issue, not sure if its all music or just a specific song, but it seems to reset to the loudest volume whenever it loops? that or im also going crazy & its not getting louder despite being pretty low, seems great so far besides a few typos, not enough to ruin the experience, but enough to warrant leaving a comment if nobody else has mentioned it

im playing in linear mode too, & trust me sandbox wouldve been worse, sure being able to choose might sound like the better option, but for these in development games, as i assume you well know, it either means grinding or repeating a minor event until you get enough affection, points, whatever, to continue story, & again as youve noticed this game is in development, if you mean it lacks h scenes, thats basically how it works for some games, some are going to world build at the start, otherwise the only thing people remember are 5 minute sex scenes, & then uninstall the game because thats all it had, im enjoying it so far, sure not much is happening, but i much prefer a slower burn just because while all these games might never finish for decades, some are pretty good quality. if i want a quick nut i can find a game thats been developed that way, or just find some actual porn. either way some times these games end up being abandoned which sucks because to me an unfinished product is a shame, though i hate bad endings even more. its nice that every once in awhile you get the choice of a linear option, because an open mostly empty repetitive world isnt as fun
think most people just dont like the tsundere trope, that or are playing these games because they enjoy it when all the girls like the mc for no reason besides plot (its pretty funny seeing the class prez get scolded for once & by another student, i can understand the dislike for sayuri too, but she also gives the reader the reason why shes acting the way she is.I don't understand why people hate suzu so much, I find their relationship funny ^^ ,and once toru finally starts acting more like a teacher and beeing more reliable, she become a little more nicer to him .
Personally, it's more Sayuri that I have a problem with.
We keep hearing that she wants to work things out with toru, but in the end and despite what she said , she try to avoids interacting with him more than improve things (like when Toru has to go to the infirmary and Sayuri doesn't want to go with him, so Nadeko goes in the end) or during the festival, when she uses Suzu as a false excuse to escape Toru's company. Later she's even blaming Suzu, telling her that it's because of her that she can't get closer to Toru when Sayuri's already doing a great job at sabotaging herself .
When she finally try something with that dorm plan, it comes to nothing and she satisfied that Toru wants to keep his distance with her by fear of what Ume might think and because she want to act at her own pace.
Of course it's a very difficult situation for her too, after all beeing forgotten by someone you love is horrible, especially when he seems to be more happy without you. But at the rate she's doing things for now and given the fact that Toru still doesn't remember anything after 3 months apart from a little conversation with a stranger. she will have to speed things up if she dont want to lose him for good , because if she wait until Toru get is memories back, she may die of old age before that happening at the rate he get them back for now
So it's more the way she handle things that bothering me rather than the whole character but the bond between Suzu and Sayuri and how Suzu always have her back ( and that's also why she's so aggressive toward Toru in the begining) is one of the things i liked the most in the game and they are for sure a great duo
