Is there huge difference between regular and submissive scenes of Lady Hale? Or the difference is only the texts ?

Yes, the scenes are different. For instance, in the one where she sneaks into MC's room at night wearing lingerie, if you are being assertive then she will blow you, if you are being submissive she will not.
