when you are exploring the island you will come across a tree with a mark on it(not the one where you find the doll) near the tree on the ground there is a patch of dirt. Dig the dirt up with a shovel.

That's a bug and dev acknowledged it too, there's a bug with Ivy too when you grope her in the kitchen. I don't think version on the forum is R11.1

You should reboot. But honestly there's not much content in R11 so you should probably wait for next update if you really want to see something new.
