Hello, I haven't played the game since the R9 version, should I continue with the R11 version or should I reboot the game because I've heard that some passages have changed in-game, especially the Harem route ?
. Checked the game files and indeed the head.png file was missing, instead there was a head_alt.png. Copying head_alt.png and renaming it to head.png seems to fix the issue.
EDIT: same thing with the game expecting a headblush.png file and there's only headblush_alt.png
The work continues daily on R11, creating the new area bit by bit, it takes time but it's going along nicely. At the same time, we have also reworked the very beginning of the game, the boat sequence and arrival on the island will be much improved in R11 and fix some problems.
Le MC et Lily auront des tenues différentes et arriveront nus sur l'île, ne récupérant que le tissu actuel qu'ils ont, à l'intérieur de la ville.
Among some changes of flow, it will also include a sequence where you will talk to Lily fully naked on the beach. We have also reworked the hug sequence with Lily in the kitchen, instead of a zoom effect, it is now replaced with a beautiful illustration:
We are also looking into including a Charlotte h-scene but not sure if we will have the time or not to include it in R12, it depends how it goes. The ETA for the update is still October.
That's everything at the moment, I hope the update doesn't disappoint and a big thanks for your support as always.
GALLERY UNLOCK (ANY VERSION)
without resetting your persistent data.
1. extract Universal Renpy Mod into the /game/ folder of this game.
2. Run the game.
3. load your save or start a new game to initialize game variables and run URM.
Note: if you already installed an outdated gallery unlock mod that uses a modified scenes.rpy file to unlock the gallery then your gallery is currently corrupted and will be incapable of showing any new scenes added since the original unlock mod was made. nor will you be able to unlock said new scenes with the method described in this post. if you did that you need to first fix that problem. scroll all the way down for the fix before resuming this guide.
4. in the game you can open URM by pressing alt+m.
it should start you on [search] tab (top left). if not go to it.
5. set it to search in [variable names] instead of the default which is content of variables.
6. input gallery_ into search box and click on search / hit enter
it will find a bunch of variables with names like persistent.gallery_arabelle1 etc.
each such variable found corresponds to the appropriate scene.
Scenes with route choices have multiple variables (one per route. ex: submissive vs normal)
There are too many variables to fit in a single page. So make sure to click the next page button to see all the scenes. The newest update's scenes are all in page 2
7. click on each [False] (or only on those who correspond to scenes you want to unlock).
Change the [False] to [True].
8. Once you have made the changes you want, click on the save button at top right (check tooltips to help you find it)
9. close URM with the [x] button in top right
10. enjoy
Troubleshooting:
Note: if you have previously tried a gallery unlock using a modified scenes.rpy file that was created for an older version, you need to undo that. the fix for this should in theory be:

Speaking of the harem route, I was shocked by the change in Lis's behavior towards us, there's no more "young master" attitude, oh how I wish it would end with the MC dominated by his servant.
