If it was a sandbox game, where you could take a day off and just meditate or go fishing or fuck your maid, it would be okay.
Or if it had other effects, like making the MC do more immoral things than usually available.
But since the game has a 100% linear timeline, it means you make a decision at one point which may seem irrelevant but then it kills you later or stops you from seeing content.

I won't be touching the update until later when it's a available for those who bought it on Itchio. 2 scenes is little yes but from replaying it recently start to finish (missing out on a few Hale and Lily oriented scene variations), I do like the writing and feel of its setting. Now in regards to the sanity meter as it stands, there's plenty of opportunity to save yourself from a handful of situations that do damage it. At least if you know where to look and what to keep an eye out for. If I remember right, there are about... 6 places that drop your sanity and depending on where you are it can end you if you're reckless. Aside from a few circumstances which insta-kill you like with the mutated groundhog or the hive. Those two in particular if you do want to retry do at least give you the opportunity to be sent back far enough so you can get what you need or to try again with the right timing or tool. Out of the stuff I have seen this game, though slow on its updates I think the quality in-between its scenes and story more than make up for it. Although attempting to complete it is a hassle if you don't keep a good track of your actions but I do like how varied it genuinely is for the choices you do make and don't. It's the little things I like about this game even if I understand the content updates for it seem disappointing or shorthanded which it certainly is in some parts. If you're here just for the art... it's good but in short supply especially with some of the character sprites you can't view in the available gallery. Be it Lily's fine ass, Anabelle in the river or Hale in her underwear.
At minimum if you are seeking to complete the entire gallery without cheating... You can probably get it done in 5 saves. To briefly go through it, there is a harem route in which you nab all of the women's main scenes. The tricky part if you're doing it as the first save is if you're going for Hale Assertive or Submissive. Keep in that in mind as you'll have to do it again on the second or third for Lily's variations on Hale Assertive or Submissive with her exclusively (any other additional woman will set it as regular). The second save can be used to get the Gardener's scene with Hale and getting the river woman's extra scene in which she basically drugs you. The third and fourth save for Lily's variation of Hale Assertive or Submissive exclusively as doing it with any extra woman will relegate it to the Regular scene as previously mentioned. But there is one additional variation for the 5th save: Virgin with Charlotte. There's probably way too many extra things you could do to change up the dialogue or choose to save the gardener to take proper account of the full experience once it eventually does finish development. A day I look forward to most. HOWEVER. A few scene variations are not possible in the latest. These are: Day variation with the River Woman and the Day Variations with Molly's third and fourth scenes. They were possible in older builds but currently due to how the story flows are simply not available as you'll be stuck with their sunset variations. I might be wrong on one of Molly's third or fourth scene though... I might've just missed it. But I am aware that it is impossible on build 12 to reach them compared to when they were originally introduced. So yeah... You really only need 5 saves and some hindsight or the walkthrough guide to fully complete this game. However getting the Lily variations can be a pain because of how strict it is and the conditions you have to meet in order to even trigger those variations. Because one mistake will mean you'll have to delete that save and start over but THANK FUCK... you can skip text you have or have not seen if all you're in for is the scenes themselves without breaking the game proper. If anyone is returning to this game, remember that you can also turn off the hand-holding parts in the options menu along with needing to hold the item to use it. It will save time for when you're catching up to a certain part or blitzing through certain routes if you really want to experience the game as a whole.

If I do remember right, there are only a few choices in the game currently (not having played V13 yet) that do give you an automatic game over. There's wandering at night and attempting to go to Anabelle's without meeting her first. Not killing the mutated rat fast enough. Keeping the Gardener alive but not letting him bang Hale will give a game over but thankfully it sends you back to the choice to save him to retry. I haven't seen any other potential fail states thus far but I think there's like... one or two others I just haven't come across that don't involve failing a quick time event. OH. And when you're not railing Hale and attempting to overthrow her I think there is a choice that basically ends it then and there. Unless I am remembering wrong from my testing. Hope that helps.

Just don't get personal with people on the adult forum just because they wrote smth you don't like/agree with, and there won't be any problems then. And of course, don't tell them what they should and shouldn't do; it's unworthy behavior and not your or anyone else's business)
It's not just this specific game. They do this on pretty much ever thread. It's just that in my opinion this game's development speed isn't even that long compared to the more popular games on this site that usually go 6+ months inbetween updates so I don't really know what they're complaining about.

I had fun with this update, Charlotte is my favorite so of course I'm not mad with the scenes we got, tho I agree they should've added some more stuff for the other girls. The story is definitely close to reaching the ending, hell the game is pretty much making you choose between the 3 main girls at the end there.
It's kinda funny seeing all the people that complain in here, like, I haven't spent a dime and I've been able to enjoy this fun game with all the content it has, and I'm sure the same goes for them, the update time wasn't that crazy either, at least when compared to most of the big games in this site, they take around 8+ months per update, and 3d stuff is way easier to pump out than 2d.
I'm looking forward to the next update and whatever game these devs make after finishing this one, the artstyle is really unique and has grown on me a lot, Charlotte best girl, see y'all in ~6 months.

Nah, pregnancy is part of it. From I remember from the dev’s discord he said that the MC is able to knock up quite a few of the women, including Lady Hale and the older ones. Some supernatural schenangians shenanigans afoot.
Chances are... probably late game stuff. If the plot so far is anything to go by... I think we're at around the midpoint of the game where things are escalating and the mystery is brewing. But in terms of updates... probably sometime after the next update. Chances are we will also likely knock up the tribal woman as is the case with many of the... needy women that are around. All I do know is that when we do... it's going to be epic.
