I must be missing something...I can't seem to advance the story at all....all i get are repeatable events with the girls...but nothing that lets me advance to main story part 2. Is there a walkthrough somewhere?

The "Progression" tab in the game is some kind of a walkthrough. If you have a save file, you can upload it here and I'll take a look to see where you are progress-wise.
