If you're gonna try and drag real world logic into porn games you might as well kill off at least 80% of all released content. Aside from the very vanilla VN stuff, pretty much the majority come with various shizzle you really can't translate into real world life.
Heck, ya can't even find any 'reality' in any Western porn movies/content either. It's not made with that purpose in mind.
If I wanna watch a deep, thorough examination of the human condition ... I'd opt for a (non-porn) movie or a book instead.

Personally, I'm not into clingy, emotionally immature, naive girls that don't have a personality outside of trying to be attractive to me, but I play adult games just fine. If you're playing adult games, especially Japanese adult games, you're already choosing to ignore cringey, predictable behavior that would likely make the most physically attractive woman to you extremely repulsive.
I'm also not into artificially colored hair, really skimpy versions of regular clothing, tits bigger than the person's own head, or ahegao either, but that's fine or even preferable in porn. I don't bother applying things I look for in porn to irl because I don't want to date a sex object. Similarly, I sure as hell don't want my porn to have exactly what I like irl because if I wanted a person that checks all my irl boxes and comes with real emotional fulfillment, I'd just go for a real person. The fuck am I seeking it in a girl that doesn't exist beyond a program on my computer for?
Manual Uncensor if anyone wants. Unzip then put the gallery files into the gallery folder. Akira files into the front folder

Replace the rpgmvp files with the ones from my zip files and you're done.

You're either really young, really fucking dumb, or both. If you've ever been in a real relationship, especially a longlasting one, you'd know that spicy rewards are just another way to show your affection for the person you adore and a way to acknowledge and reward them for their effort work, school, life, etc. and 90% of all couples that stay together happy for a good while do it.
