The way I started playing adult games was just for porn, however now I generally enjoy playing them. Theres a few games that ive generally enjoyed playing that I never once fapped to.

As others have put. you can delve into topics you cant normally do with other media. Not without a whole heap of issues and possibly popping up on CNN. I really like this open genre. There isnt a single topic that is taboo, sure some topics cant be thrown around casually no matter what site your on, but its the idea of it.

Despite that, my prefered games are those with actual gameplay elements. I find myself playing those quite a bit more than most triple A games I dont even bother playing anymore. I want more of them honestly. A story is great and all, but its even more enhanced by gameplay features. Adult games with both, I seem to find myself coming back to time and time again, regardless if its any good or not.

This isnt saying I dont enjoy a good wank. Plenty of games have done this for me and I enjoyed the game as well. I just likely played it and shoved it to the side to never play again. I think Im better off just watching porn or reading hentai.

So, to answer your question, I like the idea of driven adult games, prefer adult games with gameplay, and games for just porn is meh.

It probably depends on the age. I could see a teen version of me doing so even with easy access to porn. I am pickier when it comes to porn than I am when it comes to games.

I would probably guess is more common is just the scenes becoming inspiration for the jerk bank than someone jerking it to what is happening on the scene at the time. I mean think of your favorite scene for your favorite game, and now go look at the game scene. At least for me the scene in my head always looks better than what is actually rendered, and only when you look at the scene again do you see how far away those still are in comparison.
