I actually quite like the bimbo look, but some of the girls proportions(eg. Diana) look quite ridiculous, especially the breasts.
For me, anyway, it's nice to see that the dev is introducing more realistic characters.

To be honest, the quality of writing in the story is the most important to me. The first video of Doberman's I ever came across was Amanda 2, Doberman's version of the Stormbringer story "Wife and the Black Garders 2". Since then Amanda has been one of my favorite Doberman girls despite her having far from the biggest boobs and thiccest ass, simply because that story makes that video better than the others.
But otherwise, yeah, Diana (the latter of your two pictures) is great.
Take Ivy as a comparison. Something about her tits make them look like bolt-ons; while Diana's remain "natural" (though clearly fantastical).

The animations are quality, but I think the stories, such as they are, are pretty-basic, cliched and massively stereotypical, especially in the case of the black characters.
The womens' body shapes are totally outlandish and unrealistic, imo.
I perfer someone like Pamela, who at least looks like a real woman.
Personally, I think the stories would be much-more believable and therefore more immersive, if the characters were a bit less exaggerrated.
And yeah, you're right, we do need variety.
