Oh dear, that's short but also soo cute and combined with your voice kind of fitting, I guess. 
I like Tara. I love the playing chicken when it comes to fucking a demon/eldridtch abomination. Plus I love the fact that she's explicitly evil, but a lot less toxic or creepy than similar characters in other games who I think the developers want us to actually side with.
She's really hot, at a distance. And can push us into situations we'd love to be in but would never actually admit, but wouldn't actually lie or force us into.
Beats the hell out of the player being pushed to like a character in the story that's actually raping our character against her will.

I think that's part of Tara's appeal.
Flat out tell's Viv that boring her or getting too close would probably end up badly for Viv's health and makes it obvious she's been fucking with people for a long time, possibly including Viv's mother and Harper.
Yet she's quite a likeable character.
We know she's evil, Viv's knows something is off with her, yet she's not trying to hurt people she's just looking for entertainment. We know she could hurt people but that's not her plan.
She's like a really horny demon and the entire town is her pornhub. She could make them do whatever she wants yet she just drops hints and opens possibilities and lets them do the rest.
Yeah, I just realized that this whole game has a real "Death Note" vibe to it. But part of that draw is that the evil character isn't pretending to be good.

Speaking about Tara i don't think we are going cosmic horror route.
Viv mentions Tara remind her of tales from ancient greek mythology more than once, horny and bored goddess who came to mess with some humans. There are quite a few of them in greek and egyptian mythology (and likely in others too).
Of course it could all be a misdirection from the dev's part.
Anyway, bottom line is she is bored and horny to see Viv sexual awakening.

Yeah. The whole idea of cosmic horror is that it's something that people have been somewhat aware of for a long time but could never fully understand and that's the horror of it.
The danger is that she could be something very terrifying, the sexy part is that she intentionally limits her interactions to enticing people into crazy weird sex that they'd want to do but never have the guts to try.

Wow, I thought it was only one game. You have a sex game actress reel now. Actually, nowdays there are things like digital supermodels: search Shudu, she even has appeared in Vogue and has worked for some top designers. Why not having digital sex actresses, too? You could create your own instagram with the renders they have made of you and instead of writing 'photo by', write 'render by' and you could promote the dev too. You could offer the devs that you could help giving your dialogs your characteristic humor. You have followers already, creating a fandom maybe would not be difficult for you. You could expand your digital persona. A pro digital porn star.

The game mood doesn't really bring a sinister mystery to my mind. That is why i am more inclined to believe Tara to be some horny greek goddess than a eldritch being. She can be spiteful when challenged but just prefer to fuck mortals (literally).
Oh well i hope BlackWebGames shed some light into Tara as the story progresses.

The idea of someone like Athena or Artemis getting to such a stage of boredom they think to themselves "sod it, i'mma gonna fuck with people into fucking people".
There are plenty of stories in the myths of the gods walking amongst mortals to mate so it's not that far of a stretch.
I'll be happy regardless, the idea of any kind of being just messing with people into enjoying themselves for their own entertainment is a pretty fun story so I don't mind what kind of entity she ends up being but i've never seen the Greek gods used in that kind of story.

Maybe we will never know for sure the real Tara's identity. And I'm fine with that, actually I prefer that she never reveal herself completely, I would like that she remains mysterious. That all about her be cryptic, that the story send us some hints about what kind of entity could she be, but is the viewer who takes out his own conclusions.
The greek goddess hypothesis is interesting and I would like that. Although a nordic goddess would be more interesting for me in this story, I think that they are more dark and mundane than the greek ones. I don't link the greek mythology with Tara's dark apperance, it looks too much cristaline in my eyes. (Maybe because I associte it with white temples, white sculptures and gardens)
But, according to the events, the story and my desires, I still prefer the theory of Tara as a devil who uses seduction as a way to accomplish her objectives, a succubus. We can't forget that all Viv's lesbian exploration began because Tara kissed her. And I want Tara as the ultimate obscure object of Viv's desire, a dangerous temptation who could break her world.

Well she can be Artemis, sister of Apollo, who supposedly had many nymph lovers. Or maybe Innana a mesopotamian goddess of love, sex, war and a few other things.
If I had to assign an identity to Tara she'd be somewhere between Aphrodite and Loki. But I think there's just enough of a sinister edge that she reads a bit more like a succubus... or a desire demon from Dragon Age.

I would certainly go watch that movie.
