Yes, I haven't gone back and had her move in. I looked at a couple saves but playing from there didn't trigger that path. I may just restart and replay.

Have her live with you and dont go to the party.
At the end of the Des domme route post threesome the Shanna scene just keeps replaying on loop. After like 3 loops the backdrop disappeared and it's a black backdrop. It gets to the end of version message and then just starts replaying the scene.
