the game closes upon trying to load my game, checking achievements/collections, and entering alice's mansion. pretty much can't do anything and i don't wanna press new game in fear of something catastrophic happening

Trainer works fine with current patched version.
You need to run the dohnadohna.exe instead of the dohnadohna_eng.exe for the trainer to find the game (it's still translated).
Also the workers options only work when you are in the talents tab.
Have to ask if anyone knows an reliable way to edit saves as I got to the original and I lack the items and levels to fight it properly but don't really feel like going through the three stage marathon again.
Also got to clarify something. I seen on the wiki guide that getting the alternate CGs(wait too long to do certain story missions involving rescuing a girl,) will permanently prevent you from getting her ending. Does that only apply to the current run of the game or can you literally never get a gals ending. Figure it's the former but want to confirm it since I am planning on reloading older saves to get the alternate scenes I miss, since I want my first New game + run to be a clean run though aquire a master save for getting endings.

you can make a save, get the cg load the save AND DONT GET THE CG THIS TIME AROUND. basically if you ever got the "bad" CG the character you got it for effectively locked from the ending
Ah I see though I am mainly asking about if the permanent part applies just to the the current tun of the game or if potential new game+/fresh runs are impacted as well. Figure that's not the case since that would be a dick move in a game that encourages you to play it multiple times but want to ask to be sure.

answer's already on 1st page game install manual -> go to game folder right click on "SaveData" folder, then properties and make sure to untick "Read-Only" and apply. i had same problem, but now everything works fine, also launch from jap exe, it will be english anyways
I am playing the Japanese version, but I get an error that trainer can't find the game. Does anyone know how to remedy this?
Is this game ever going to get an update to uncensor it? You know, those mosaics that ruin the porn.
