Best part is the Harem ending is one of the bad endings. You just become a free use submissive slut for them.

The seprate choose your fave endings, though it depends on your submission level and what you decide if given the chance. Are actually the good endings, since they actually pay attention to the MC, the submission level could open a more romantic equal path with them.
Of course the sub level has to be quite low for that to happen.

Well........ That's my experience, as well as using Nikociant's guide, though I cannae really remember where it is.

When a save is created, the game engine makes a screenshot thumbnail of the required size. The version your saves are from had bigger slots so the thumbnails are bigger. There is no handling for resizing, because it's usually not necessary.
Here are your options in ascending order of work to be done:

1. You could either ignore it and live with the older saves beging too big. (Kicking needs more precision)
2. You could load each old save in the newer game version and immediately save and override it on the same slot (you trigger the above mentioned thumbnail creation but also loose your timestamp).
3. You could also open the save file as a zip file and replace the thumbnail there with another picture or a resized version.
4. Last option I can think of is to write a RenPy Mod, which would call a resize on the thumbnail in case its size derives from the display slot.

Story content patch: Submission-free path addition

With the stock code there's no way to complete the game without racking up at least 1 submission point. This is due to one scene in particular at a major point in the story.

This patch allows the player to always pick the most dominant or the least submissive options in the story, but not be punished for doing so by falling into a "gotcha" ending that derails the story midway. This way the player neither has to accrue sub points, nor has to get into a role of total subservience towards a certain character.
